I know what you are thinking. You are thinking this is an article where I rant about how I love CrossFit and the Paleo diet. Wrong! I actually do NOT follow the Paleo diet. I don’t follow any diet, and I instead follow a macro-oriented nutrition program.
I have stated this in many of my videos, but my love for counting macros started by stumbling upon Eat to Perform. You can visit their website here. I was skeptical about ordering their program for about a year. I am SO glad I did eventually give it a shot. It was were I fell in love with the idea of eating enough, quit dieting, and just started living my f*cking life! It was so liberating, and I have seen amazing results in my CrossFit performance.
